Steven Rohrer, President of SDR Construction Company, graduated from Bucknell University in 1969 with a degree in Civil Engineering. After graduation and before coming to Denver in 1973, Steve worked on the East Coast doing residential home building and Civil Engineering design projects.


From 1973 to 1976 Steve worked for Turner Construction Company on the "Mountain Bell" high-rise office building located in downtown Denver.

In 1976 SDR started performing remodel work in the areas of Larimer Square and the more established sections of Denver. Since then, the company has found a niche in building new custom homes and custom high-end remodel projects, mostly in the Denver metropolitan area.
